- Establish, apply and enforce kitchen and company policies and procedures;
- Ensure that the service established by the chef runs smoothly;
- Participate in the preparation of dishes;
- See to requisitions and orders for food, equipment and crockery for his department;
- Supervise kitchen activities (cleanliness of kitchens and equipment, handling of appliances and food, compliance with food quality and freshness standards, etc.);
- Carry out daily inspections of work areas and ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation and occupational health and safety standards;
- Supervise and motivate the work team.

Qualifications required
- Cooking diploma or significant experience;
- Experience in kitchen management and supervision;
- Experience in personnel management;
- Good communication;
- Versatility;
- Leadership and good communication skills;
