Here's what we expect from you

  • Establish, apply and enforce kitchen and company policies and procedures;
  • Ensure that the service established by the chef runs smoothly;
  • Participate in the preparation of dishes;
  • See to requisitions and orders for food, equipment and crockery for his department;
  • Supervise kitchen activities (cleanliness of kitchens and equipment, handling of appliances and food, compliance with food quality and freshness standards, etc.);
  • Carry out daily inspections of work areas and ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation and occupational health and safety standards;
  • Supervise and motivate the work team.
