COVID-19 hygiene and sanitation measures
Because the health of our customers and employees is paramount, the following measures are in place in our facility to provide the safest possible environment.

Reception and common areas
- Hydro-alcohol gel kiosks are available at several strategic locations in the hotel;
- In order to reduce the exchange of notes and cash, we encourage payment by credit or debit card;
- Disinfection of transaction terminals is mandatory by employees before and after each transaction;
- Room keys are disinfected after each use;
- Common areas are cleaned and disinfected regularly;
- Foot-operated door openers have been installed in public bathrooms, which allow the door to be opened without hand contact;

Restaurant and bar
- Tables and chairs are disinfected between each client;
- The format of our menus has been modified to a physical washable medium. These are disinfected after each use;

Employees
- We ask employees to wash their hands very frequently;
- Workstations are disinfected between each shift.
