Reporting to the catering supervisors, the incumbent is responsible for preparing rooms according to contract specifications for events. Prepares and cleans meeting rooms. Sets up tables, chairs and other equipment to ensure service meets customer expectations and requirements. He/she must respect and enforce occupational health and safety standards, as well as company policies and procedures.

- Set up and dismantle meeting and banquet rooms according to plan;
- Cleans banquet halls and equipment;
- Prepares buffet tables and other equipment;

- Make sure customers have everything they need;
- Ensures the cleanliness and safety of the premises;
- Serves coffee breaks;
- Requisition beverages from the hotel's main bar and banquet bars;
- Performs all necessary support tasks in the department;
- Other related tasks.
