We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our management team and actively contribute to our growth.
ApplyRole and responsibilities :
- Define and implement sales strategies to maximize hotel profitability (accommodation, banquets, catering, events).
- Actively prospect new markets and maintain lasting business relationships with our corporate, event and tourism clientele.
- Proudly represent the company at networking activities, trade shows, familiarization tours and corporate events.
- Participate in drawing up and respecting the sales department's budget.
- Develop sales tools, distribute them to your team and monitor their effectiveness.
- Manage, mobilize and develop your team by fostering a spirit of collaboration, rigor and initiative.
- Draw up work schedules, calculate monthly commissions and regularly monitor individual and collective performance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and effectively manage any complaints.
- Maintain a competitive watch, monitor market trends and recommend any necessary adjustments.
- Coordinate group reservations (rooms, banquets, halls) and accompany customers on scouting visits.
- Maintain and develop strategic relationships with our suppliers and partners, find new strategic partners and keep abreast of industry trends and changes.
- Carry out any other related tasks to support the department's objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales management, ideally in the hotel or event industry.
- Training in management, sales, hospitality or any other relevant field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and representation skills.
- Recognized leadership, ability to mobilize a team and achieve results.
- A high degree of autonomy, initiative and customer focus.
- Perfect command of French, functional English (oral and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Hotello (asset).
