Sales representative

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for the corporate market, the wedding and private events market and the group segment. Your mandate will be to increase the hotel's sales by exploiting the full potential of existing customers, as well as developing new clientele in all areas of the hotel.

  • Develop and maintain assigned markets.
  • Prospect for sales by keeping abreast of the latest news and developments in potential and existing companies.
  • Develop and actively participate in the sales action plan and attend weekly team meetings.
  • Thoroughly follow up, call and correspond with customers.
  • Update the various weekly reports on provisional bookings and sales interventions for your department.
  • Participate in trade shows or relevant events to promote the hotel's services.
  • Achieve annual sales target.
  • Represent the Hotel in various activities such as public relations.
  • Work with the sales manager to prepare special projects.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the hotel's operations in the catering, banqueting, accommodation and reservations departments to better inform customers.

Your profile

The Maitre d'hôtel/supervisor must have good organizational skills, be a positive leader and have good stress management skills. He/she must be a team player, with a sense of initiative and a keen sense of customer service.
