Banquet Chef

Under the supervision of the head chef, you will help prepare and execute banquet menus for our corporate events, weddings, and private receptions.

- Prepare and cook dishes according to the set banquet menus;
- Ensure that everything is set up before the events;
- Comply with standards for quality, presentation, and food safety;
- Handle the high volume of work associated with banquets and receptions;
- Work together with the entire kitchen staff;
- Assist with the receipt and storage of products;
- Keep the kitchen and equipment clean;
- Other related tasks.
You’re detail-oriented, quick on your feet, and enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen (ideally in banquet or catering);
- Knowledge of MAPAQ standards;
- Food safety certification (preferred);
- Available evenings and weekends;
- Effective stress management and the ability to work quickly.
