  • Makes basic preparations.
  • Ensures refilling of dispensers, etc.
  • Prepare and cook dishes or complete meals.
  • Washes, peels and cuts fruits and vegetables.
  • Cleans, cuts and chops meat and fish.
  • Weighs and prepares ingredients.
  • Complies with occupational health and safety standards.
  • Oversees the cooking of dishes.
  • Assists in setting up dishes.
  • Puts foods in proper places for storage.
  • Cleans work station and accessories.
  • Receives and stores cooking products.
  • Ensures product rotation.
  • Performs kitchen maintenance work.
