- Washes, peels and cuts fruit and vegetables;
- Cleans, cuts and chops meat and fish;
- Weighs and prepares ingredients;
- Supervises the cooking of dishes;
- Help with plate assembly;
- Store food for preservation;
- Cleans the workstation and accessories;
- Receives and stores kitchen products;
- Rotates products;
- Complies with occupational health and safety standards;
- Kitchen maintenance;
- Other related tasks.
Skills and qualities required
- Minimum 1 year experience as a cook;
- Good stress management;
- Skill, agility and speed;
- Good memory;
- Team spirit, sense of collaboration;
- Dynamism, autonomy, flexibility;
- Curiosity about cooking and the culinary arts in general.
Conditions
- Working hours Monday to Friday;
- Weekend availability;
- 1 day shift and 1 evening shift available;
- Salary offered according to experience, starting at $20/hour.
